This is an oil painting from several years back of the US Capitol which just won 1st place at the Wayne County Council of the Arts show entitled "A Touch of Yellow." Judge remarked "It's captivating. From far away this piece stands out. The colors, composition and craftsmanship, all of them together create a photo like painting"
